2019: CHEER REFUND POLICY
The last day for a full refund is at Uniform Fittings on May 7, 2019.
Refunds will be given only after an email has been sent to the Director of Cheerleading and confirmation of email receipt is received. Refunds can take 30-60 days to process. Checks are cut on the first Wednesday of every month. If you received raffle tickets, the value of the raffle tickets ($100) will be deducted from the refund amount, no exceptions.
It is the participant’s responsibility to follow up on whether or not their request for a refund email was received by the deadline specified. The Director of Cheer WILL acknowledge receipt of any emails for refunds within 48 hours of receiving them so please follow up if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Please Note: *ALL Refunds are minus $100 (Non Refundable Raffle Tickets)
- Raffle tickets may not be returned for a refund at any time after registration.
- Refunds will be based on amount paid, minus the value of raffle tickets issued.
- Tickets are still eligible for the prize drawing, even after a participant withdraws.
- No refunds will be issued due to injury.
