THURSDAY: JUNE 14th, 2018:
- THIS IS OPTIONAL. No one is required to participate, but we do think this will be a truly fun and unforgettable experience for these athletes and we are encouraging all to attend.
- Tickets will be $20. A portion of all ticket sales will go back to the organization to help offset our State costs! (Depending on how many we sell, we get $5-$10 per ticket back, so invite everyone for this fun family night out!). In order to ensure our “wolf pack” sits together, they are encouraging you to buy your tickets early. Athletes will need a ticket to get in.
- A link will be sent out closer to August where you can purchase your tickets directly online.
- The athletes will need to arrive by 6:00, game will start at 7:00. They will perform during the end of 1st quarter and end of 3rd.
- The Coaches will work together to put together a routine.
- The organization will be presented with a check during halftime for the money raised and get scoreboard recognition.
- Choreography Follow Up: 2nd – 8th Grade; please save the date of October 6th for a Choreography follow up!
- We will be registering for our competition dates on Saturday June 23rd. As soon as the paperwork is turned in your coaches will get the information out to you!
- Dress Rehearsal: Prior to the 1st competition we will have our dress rehearsal. We are waiting on the schools to confirm which date is best for them.
- Our amazing special events group is working on putting the details of the Kick-off Rally together. We will communicate that to you as soon as we can.
- We are also working on a few other smaller fundraisers (another Culver's night, car wash, dining for dollars nights, etc)!

? Kindergarten and 1st grade = 5 openings

- Bantam (K-1st grade squad) will be participating in their first IRCA competition this season! They will compete at 1 competition this year.
- 2nd-8th grade squads will be participating in 4 IRCA competitions this season!

- Additional fundraising opportunities will be available for State Competition fees! (details at fittings)

- Early Bird Registration Fee:
- K-1st Grade: $185.00
- 2nd – 8th Grade: $360.00
- Standard Registration Fees:
- K-1st Grade: $215.00
- 2nd – 8th Grade: $390.00
- K-1st grade will get $50 worth of raffle tickets to sell to recoup their registration costs. That money will be yours to keep!
- 2nd - 8th grade will get a $100 worth of raffle tickets to sell to recoup their registration costs. That money will be yours to keep!
- Available for everyone! Please attend the first registration to set utilize this option.
- Payment plan requires a minimum of $100 down at the time of registration.
- If you have a Football player in the program they must attend registration with you.
